John Robert Skidmore III passed away Saturday, September 8, 2018 surrounded by his family. He was the son of Rob and Judy Skidmore, born on November 17, 1980. He graduated from Circleville High School in 1999 and Ohio Northern University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. Throughout high school, John was active in band, CHS swim team, Tiger Tracks school newspaper, helping with AV and technology, Boy Scouts, 4-H, church choir and lighting and sound for school and RTP community theater.
