April 23 – “Roundtown with the Bard” at the Pickaway County Library
We’re partnering with The Ted Lewis Museum to present “Vaudeville” — a night of performances in the style of the early 1900s to pay tribute to Ted Lewis’ career. They’re currently seeking talented singers, actors and musicians (aged 14-50) to perform in short vaudeville acts and musical numbers. Auditions will be held from 2PM to 5PM on April 2, 2016 at Studio One (250 E Franklin Street, Circleville). The performance will be held on June 4, 2016 at the Circleville High School.

Roundtown Players is excited to announce that our annual Murder Mystery Dinner Theater will be on April 1 and 2 at 7:00 PM at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church (134 W Mound St, Circleville). Enjoy a delicious three-course dinner with an exciting mystery on the side! Do you have what it takes to figure out who the murderer is before dessert arrives?
Tickets are pre-sale only; no tickets will be sold at the door.
We’re starting to plan our 2016-2017 season, and we are currently seeking directors who have a show they would like to put on the Roundtown Players’ stage. If you have a play or musical that you would like to direct, please fill out an application and send it to Vice President Tahrea Maynard, who heads our Script Reading Committee.
Please note that this is an open call for directors. Please only submit a show or script if you wish to direct it in Circleville during our next season. Completed applications should be emailed to rtpgurl87@gmail.com no later than March 31, 2016.
